
Upper Crust Bakery
This was a school project where I needed to design a logo for a fictional company and then put together a logo usage guide for the said logo. Upper Crust Bakery wanted a new logo because they were moving to a new location. They wanted their customers to feel the essence of Paris through their business and they strive to provide the freshest and best-tasting bakery goods in the area. The target audience was adult men and women aged 21-65. I wanted to create something that embodied vintage Paris, so I used the brown and black palette to not only give that vibe but also communicate the natural ingredients used in their baked goods. Because I used neutral colors, this logo appeals to both men and women and the overall design is a good balance between childish and serious so the targeted age group would find the logo appealing.
