For this project, I needed to design the new logo and app for Family Realty, a fictional brand extension of Legacy Commercial Property (an extension of Highland Ventures Ltd). Since they were originally the Family Video video rental chain, I tried to incorporate their original color palette. I also tried to incorporate the minimalistic style of the Legacy Commerical Property logo by using linework and a sans-serif font.
