I was contacted by MFS (Manned Flight Simulators), a department of the PAX River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, Maryland, to design some icons for one of their applications. I was more than happy to help and it was a really fun collaboration. The application they needed the icons for was called “Shot Logger” and they wanted something creative and fun that was a play on the name. I immediately thought of a logger, a person who fells trees for lumber, and subsequently, a missile that looked like a log. MFS was very pleased with the final icons and our overall interaction. I really enjoyed making these icons and I think they’re an excellent testament to my creativity!
